Therapeutic Approach

Anusree is a Trauma-focussed, Narrative therapist with a Queer Affirmative lens. Borrowing from these ways of working, her eclectic approach to therapy focusses on what is the best fit for each individual client using narrative techniques, mindfulness based work and other trauma-focussed approaches. She works with individuals coping with trauma and abuse and it’s effects, dealing with life stressors, strained interpersonal relationships, work-related stress, clinical depression, anxiety and overthinking, self-harming tendencies, poor self-esteem, building a sense of self, family discord, bullying behaviour and various other concerns. She believes in an inclusive world and that everyone irrespective of gender, sex, sexuality, ability, social standing can share space and that its our responsibility to make space for those around us.
