Risana is a client centered, trauma and attachment focused therapist. She has experience of working with adults and adolescents with various concerns such as anxiety, depression, interpersonal concerns, trauma, ADHD, emotional difficulties, substance use etc. She has trained in various therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Mindful Based Cognitive Therapy, Humanistic therapy and so on. She prefers taking the eclectic approach because she believes that there is no single treatment which is fit for all. She embraces authenticity, genuity, transparency, and natural responsiveness to foster strong therapeutic connections and support clients in overcoming their difficulties.
