Therapeutic Approach

In her art therapy sessions, Ritu integrates the fields of human development, visual arts, and the artmaking process. She designs art interventions that incorporate Mindfulness, Contemplative practices, Nature-based art therapy, and traditional healing methods. With a focus on emotions, she guides individuals in exploring and engaging in a dialogue with their art and developing a personal vocabulary of symbols and metaphors. This approach fosters unique creative and emotional experiences, enabling them to find meaning through self-expression. She works closely with individuals of all ages who are dealing with Anxiety, Depression, Eating Disorders, Relationship issues, Trauma, PTSD, Bullying, and Behavioural Issues in children. She also conducts art therapy sessions for Corporates and other such institutions.
