Therapeutic Approach
Sneha believes in using an eclectic approach which allows her to curate a therapeutic intervention that caters to the individuality of the client. She employs techniques from primarily dialectical behaviour therapy, cognitive behaviour therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy and other third wave therapies. For children, She has been trained in applied behavioural analysis and cognitive behaviour therapy for a variety of child related issues. She has worked closely with childhood disorders, neurodevelopmental disorders, anxiety, depression, obsessive compulsive disorders, substance use and schizophrenia. Her strengths include being able to be problem oriented while still being flexible when needed and being able to creatively modify therapeutic intervention to suit individual differences of her clients.

- Conducted webinars on self-harm/suicide, the mental health of women in regards to stigma, menstruation and concerns related to women, and webinars for school children concerning study skills and mental health
