I consulted with Aditi Hebalkar when I was stressed about certain life changes and I wanted to manage my anxiety in a better and healthier way. After a few months of therapy, I can confidently say that my way of thinking has changed significantly and I have found better coping mechanisms to deal with the stress I face, thanks to Aditi.
